Wängbär – Double IPA, 8.3% ABV

Hoof Hearted Brewing, Marengo, OH

Wängbär – A maneuver of the highest degree of difficulty on the competitive nude air guitar circuit. This oatmeal double IPA was made to be self-indulgent, instantly gratifying, and as subtle as David Lee Roth in bunless chaps.

Zipper Ripper – Double IPA, 8.5% ABV

Hoof Hearted Brewing, Marengo, OH

Based off of our Konkey Dong core recipe, we also added massive amounts of Wildflower Honey. We dry hopped this pig with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe.

Key Bump – Triple IPA, 10.5% ABV

Hoof Hearted Brewing, Marengo, OH

Have you any idea what the street value of this mountain is? Clean off your mirrored glass table and grab a hundo. Key Bump ’bout to pack your nose full of those oh-so tropical tones. Passionfruit, guava, pineapple(s), calamansi, and kumquat barrel down the mountain as quick as Alberto Tomba on an Olympic qualifying run. Hopped with the most dangerous weapon in the game (ElMoMoCoe) + fermented w/ the fruity flyboy Orenthal, Key Bump’s the pick-me-up you can’t put down. To quote the great Clyde Von Damme, “What the hell is Dim Mak?”

MXD FRM – Saison, 5.5% ABV

Jackie O’s Brewery, Athens, OH

MXD FRM is our house saison fermented with classic saison yeasts, many strains of wild yeasts, and a number of different beer souring bacterias. Once the sugar rich wort is cast from the brew house, this melting pot of fermentive characters get to work for 2 months. The stainless steel fermented mixed fermentation saison is then bottle conditioned with the same mixed culture used in primary fermentation. A lightly tart, dry, and soft saison style ale, a little slice of fermented grace.

Oil of Aphrodite – Imperial Stout, 10% ABV

Jackie O’s Brewery, Athens, OH

Oil of Aphrodite is an American double stout brewed with Integration Acres black walnuts and Belgian candied syrup. English, German, American, and Belgian malts are accompanied by Pacific Northwest hop to create a sweet and rich spring board for deep nuttiness. Lay this beer down for a while and share with friends and loved ones.

Clear Sky Creamsicle – Cream Ale, 5% ABV

Wolf’s Ridge Brewing, Columbus, OH

The cream ale gained popularity pre-prohibition as American brewers tried to compete with the influx of German immigrants opening lager breweries. Similar to lagers in color, body, and complexity, the style is crisp and bready. The lower alcohol makes Clear Sky refreshing and sessionable. The typical addition of flaked maize is a nod to tradition and helps lighten the body while maintaining light body and smooth flavor. Perfect for session-drinking after a long day at work or warm afternoons on the banks of the Scioto. For this version, we added orange and vanilla.

Dire Wolf Canis Mexicanus – Russian Imperial Stout, 10.4% ABV

Wolf’s Ridge Brewing, Columbus, OH

Canis Dirus, or “fearsome dog,” is the scientific name for the Dire Wolf. One of the largest known breeds of wolf, the Dire Wolf went extinct at the end of the last ice age. Similarly, the Russian Imperial Stout was a beer style destined for extinction until craft brewers in America began to resurrect historical styles. Our Imperial Stout is named for the Dire Wolf because it is big, bold, and fearsome. Brewed with copious amounts of oats and brown sugar. Black as night with a dense tan head and chewy texture. Notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and espresso stand against a hefty bitterness to balance this monstrous beer. For the Canis Mexicanus version, we aged Dire Wolf on vanilla bean, cocoa nibs, cinnamon, chilis, and One Line coffee.
